Registrations for Trans Cape SwimRun will open at 7.30am on Sunday 1st December 2024 and close at midnight on Friday 28th February 2025 unless sold out prior.

PLEASE NOTE: The field will be limited to 145 teams and you must be over 18 years of age to enter.

 

Preparing for Registration:

When you register, you'll be doing it for you and your team mate at the same time and be making one payment for both of you. Please make sure you know:

• Your team name!

• Full name

• Date of birth

• Address

• Email address

• Phone number

• Triathlon Australia membership number (if any)

• Any medical conditions

• Emergency contact details or allergies

• Whether you'd like to have an event towel or make a tree donation or have both! - see below

• Choice of post-event burger - meat or vegetarian

 

Terms and Conditions:

As the registering team member, you will be accepting the event terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and your team mate. Please ensure you have both read the terms and conditions, which can be found here.

 

Costs: $520 per team inclusive of gst (plus Try Booking processing fees)

 

Note: There is a limit of 145 teams for Trans Cape SwimRun. If the event sells out, you may not have missed out - there will be a wait list you can add your name to.

We're proud to be environmentally conscious and with this in mind, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our Towel or a Tree initiative. In 2025, our charity partner is The Friends of Meelup Regional Park who maintain and protect the beautiful area you'll be travelling through. For lovers of nature and event towels, you will also be given the choice of a Towel and a Tree, where you can make a donation to the amount of your choosing to the Friends of Meelup.
